We were back in the Gulf this past Sunday and what a beautiful day it was. After receiving a great report from Capt. Mike with Tanks-A-Lot Dive Charters we ran out to the Sheridan/Blackthorn for a 2 Tank 4 spot dive trip. Visibility was unreal, 60 plus foot vertical and about 40 horizontal. Every dive we did was loaded with fish and my recreational divers from Oregon and Gainesville were treated with calm seas and Florida sunshine. Leon and Brandon dropped in with their guns to shoot their limit of nice hogfish and a few mangrove snapper. The picture does not do Leon’s big hog justice as it measured 22 inches to the fork.
