Kyle Baker shows off the biggest gag of the young season, 33.75 inches and 18lb. This monster had a belly that rivals most massive Jewfish. It has obviously been gorging itself on the bait that has engulfed the Clearwater Wreck. Nice fish Kyle and Capt Jay did a great job of anchoring up so Kyle could pull him up before getting rocked up.
Troy shows off the new leader in the big hog category. He is the same length, 20.5 inches to the fork, but after stuffing a few rocks down his throat he weighed in at 4.6lb to take the lead. What makes this fish even a better story, Troy shot him on the last spot of the day. The last drop. And it was his only fish and biggest hogfish to date.
